Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in Spanish or English: Required for effective interaction with participants.
- Clear criminal background check: Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation: Necessary for timely arrival at workshop locations.
- Team orientation: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching or facilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Strong time management and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Parent Educator
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience working in a team environment
