Support Students and Families Most in Need

We need your financial support to help families most in need.   Our community needs our help!

Many families and students do not have access to the Internet or computer devices to do their schoolwork at home.

"As schools across Southern California close due to the coronavirus pandemic, some are trying to go online.   But an Eyewitness News analysis of U.S. Census data shows millions of households in the Los Angeles area may not have access to high-speed internet.  Across Southern California, 22% of households don’t have high-speed internet access that allows video streaming.   Nearly 6% don't have computers."   Source: ABC7.COM

Our team of qualified instructors is ready to serve the community by providing resources and online training for low income, disadvantaged, and underserved residents to increase technological literacy in Southern California.

Your donation will make a difference!
1) Provide computer devices and Internet access to families/students in most need so they can do their schoolwork at home and interact with their teachers.

2) Provide Online Family Engagement Workshops on topics such as:

  •       COVID-19 pandemic

  •      Social-emotional and behavior

  •      Domestic violence

  •       Anxiety and stress

  •       How to effectively communicate with the children

  •       How to use technology to support distance learning

Did you know?
"Reaching students who lack internet access at home is a dilemma that many districts across California are trying to solve amid the coronavirus pandemic.   In L.A. Unified, where schools have been closed since March 16, about 25 percent of the district’s more than 600,000 students don’t have access to the internet at home...."      Source: edsource.org
